Yeah, as I look back maybe not one of my proudest moments.
I got a full load, G-ma, Wifey, Twin #1 & #1 son going to sis's for turkey day.
We come rolling to a red light in holiday traffic, I stop several car lengths short from the person ahead of me.
I look over with my patented Joker grin, to two guys in a White Lightning.
I'm in the right lane and the heavily tinted(limo) passender window comes down.
I knew right away by the response, Game on!
we both hung back, way under the going rate till there was a little room to work.
I wasn't going for the kill, cause I was so heavily handicaped.
But I got her to drop a gear and pulled along side the Lightning giving very little ground!
I gave early and he did creep a half a door during our little stint.

I got an ear full from the back seat, and the guy wants more!:stupid:

Oh, She knows rite where to hit me."you know why I let you race this thing?" I don't get mouthy when I'm nailed.
My Mom was laughing, she thought she spotted them later when we got on the tollway and asked me if she should :neener:

Sounds like my mom. When she went into my Marauder after a few mods she didn't mind me doing 90, she was like "This is good, it saves time."

HA! I know exactly where my leadfoot came from... mommy!

My Dad refuses to drive the Marauders. He is afraid he will want one.

Every hundred pounds is a tenth in the 1/4, isn't that the way it goes?

****, I better lose the gut soon.

Either way, my mom is somewhat the same way with my PI, she drove it once and had WAY too much fun, getting it sideways at least.

Haha, i took my Aunt's V6 Camaro to prom the year before last and she got my car for the night. Even after i told her that it had alot more power than the Camaro, she was like, "whatever, i know how to handle cars". So as i pulled away to get my date i watched her get in my car and didn't think anything of it. When i returned her car later that night, my sister was there with her, and started laughing when she saw me. Naturally i was like, "Whatttt did you do?" and she smiled and look at my aunt, and goes, "Elaine squealed the tires in your car! A bunch of times!!" My aunt glared at her, and looked at me and her exact words were, "Dont judge me, i know you do it too." Hahahaha. It would appear that the Vic effect claimed another victim because she then proceeded to tell me that she didn't believe me when i told her my car had alot more get up and go than she would expect. Priceless! :D

What year V6 camaro? A 3800 camaro would give you a run for your money in the 1/4. They may not make a lot of HP on paper but that full roller series II 3800 is a beautiful engine. That is a solid low 15 second car stock. I ran a 15.8 in a buick Lesabre, stock, with the 2.84 ratio transaxle. The F cars are much lighter than the buick and have a much better axle ratio (3.42 open rear I believe). The 3800 Series II F cars go into the 14s easy.

Hmmm... Im not entirely sure. Mabye an 01 or 02? Whatever the last year they were made for, its one of those. All decked out with Leather Interior, T-Tops, the works. Except the engine. It's a 3800, but im not sure about the specifics tho. I'm more of a Ford guy ;)

Not all V6's are made equal. Usually V6 = ewwy but the 3800 series engine was probably the best thing that came out of GM

Yes I went there!

Lol, no arguments from here. My Uncle is die-hard GM, and he usually knows his stuff. I've heard alot of good things about the 4.3 too. Any thoughts on that?
