Check the fuse, if that is fine take a ground test light to the actual horns them self. If you get a honk from them it either has to the be switch in the steering wheel or in a module.
Also make sure to check their connection at the horn, if you see and corrosion clean it off and reconnect.

^^^Very good advice...^^^
I would add...
When checking the fuse... jump across the fuse ends, with a volt meter...
Press the horn...
Do you have any difference...in readings???
That will tell you if it's the switch ...or...the module...
Good Luck...Brutha...

Check the connection. It snaps in and out as easily as the windshild wiper motor... the power.

This should help no pictures, but a factory wiring diagram and locations

I can't find them to remove the plugs. I've got manuals but I can't physically find the horns themselves. I saw them when the car was being repaired. I know they were on the drivers side but I don't know if they've been covered up by the bumper cover or something else. They could have been removed but I doubt it.

If that's the case then mine were removed at the body shop and they failed to put them back on. Thanks Dave.

if you look where the rad support cover would be you can just barely see the 2 lil horns

I see yours. I thought mine were lower on the left front. This tells me mine are missing. I also found an open plug in that area. I'll check the wiring colors tomorrow. Thanks

Do you remember using the horns after you got it back from the shop? It wouldn't be the first time a shop left something out.

I remember trying to use the horn and it not working. I thought the body shop may have forgot to connect them back up. Then I forgot about it until a couple of days ago. It turns out they are not there. I traced the wiring and found the connector. NO HORNS. I have an extra set so no big deal.
