First of all this is between me and my customer no one else, that is the way it works on most decent car sites, and this is one of the best, this is the way Logan ran it if you have a problem it is between you and the vendor, and this is way the current owners are following the same guide lines.

Mark, I am sorry I did not get back to you this week, But I am a bit over come, I understand your frustration and I apologize. But lets be sure every one knows I out of the goodness of my heart and the caring for you and your wife. I have sent you a replacement transmission, FOR FREE minus the rebuild kit you never asked me to do this I offered to do this, since yours has been long out of warranty, but with all the bad luck you have had I was trying to help. I also had you send the converter to PI to cleaned and checked

I had to buy a core since your transmission, and that took some time to get, the used transmission has been totally rebuilt and I even gave you a deep pan FOR FREE, and is in a shipping case on its way to the shop you chose. I cant help that they have left your car out side. But I do understand your concern

You have taken your car to people that have taken advantage of you and over charged you and not done what you paid them for, such as the leaking valve covers that cost you 800.00.

And the bulldog alarm for the electric watter pump that was jury rigged that over heated the last motor you had installed, we fixed all that for you this summer. Again I am sorry for the delay I will call you bright and early with the FedEx tracking number. Now as usual every one that has nothing to do with this has posted up, this is between me and Mark, and as I have said its been taken care of. Mark can post up all he wants if any one has a problem they can post up, but its between me and the customer. And that is the way it should be. Any more comments from any one else after this will be deleted.

i wrote an apology to dennis a min ago and it mustv'e disappered .well anyways Dennis is a dear old family friend . this is partly my fault for airing it. i shoulda known better Sorry buddy next time i get down there the first shots are on me.:beer:
