MM is now tucked away for a long winters nap as there is about 4 inches of snow outside now and more falling.
Just wondering if someone can tell me if the old tail of putting sheets of plywood down on the floor of an unheated garage under the car to help deter the condensation and dampness in that area is true.
Has anyone found this to work?
Thanks.

I was always told that that the wood keeps the water from wicking up through the cement.
I would also turn off the air ride and put the car on some jack stands to raise the wheels up a little off the ground to keep them from cupping. If you will take it out maybe once a month and move it around a little bit it probably wont cup the tires and you probably wouldnt need to jack it up then but if it is going to sit a couple of months in a row I would try to get the tires off the ground. Just my .02

I do...but it has nothing to do with moisture. I am trying to avoid odd flat spots since my barn floor is not smooth.
My Marauder has sat covered 5 winters now with no ill effects.

My Marauder has sat covered 5 winters now with no ill effects. This will be the 7th winter mine's been parked, I've never parked over wood or plastic, etc. Never had a flat spot, or they went away as soon as It got on the road.
If I get a nice day, where the salt has been washed away by the rain, I'll take it for a spin up and down my road.

If you put lime down it will pull the water out of the air. Guys who park there cars a long time use the lime.
