Hi Everybody: Was hoping to hear from those that have had a similar problem. A couple of months ago I posted that one of my heads had a problem, to which one of y'all replied that it might be a camfollower or something similar, well, the car is in the shop now and I told them about the two 'dead cylinders' one is at 65lbs and another is at 125 lbs and they said it is possibly some broken springs, what is the consensus here, has anybody had something similar here?????? Thanks in advance!!!!! will keep y'all posted as to what they find.
also if anybody is registered at www.corral.net (http://www.corral.net) site, please pm me or e-mail me as I have a simple favor to ask. Thanks

Weellll....... the shop called up today and said I'm blowing air into the crank. So i guess my rings and/or pistons are shot on the drivers side. They said they would Not put a new rod, piston and rings on the old crank, thinking something might be wrong with the crank now, so they recommended a new forged rotating assembly 3500.00 ouch if I'm going to stay S/Ced. I was hoping it would last untill I got the car paid for. Oh well if I play I guess I'm gonna pay. Would it be easier physically and on the wallet to just find another MM, aviator, mach 1 motor? Dreaming about a 'cammer' 5.0 assembly. I know a few of you have done this. Who sells a good rotating assembly??.. MMR, Livernois, CHP, DSS ect..... ugh ugh lets get back to the real world disreagard the last sentence... Would it be easier to find a good used motor rather than rebuild my old one? Which will be cheaper???
Thoughts anybody????

It HAS to be cheaper to get a used motor than put a $3500 rotating assembly in. Unless you would pay $3500 for a used engine.
