I appear to have a major issue with a couple of the people that I work with/for. It has recently came to my attention that 1 or more of them has been doing illegal drugs and if I call it in they will know it is me and I dont know how to bring this information to light without me and my family suffering any consequences. I appreciate any help from all but especially any of the LEOs on here. Please call 936-215-9871 bc this is my work PC and MM.net is usually blocked but not at present. Thanks to all.

If they are doing it on the job, let somebody know in your company, you can always be anonymous if you want. If its off the job and you are not talking about selling, there is very little law enforcement can actually do.

dont be afraid to let the police know. if your afraid of what this person(s) is gonna do to you or your family restraining orders are very easy to get the only down side to that is u wont be anonymous.vortex has the best idea for this problem but if it was me personally i'd confront this person an tell them its a place of buisness and its unprofessional and if he doesn't stop you'll let the proper authorities know. plus if he threatins u thats assault depending on what state ur in that charge could carry some jail time. good luck let me know how it goes

You indicated that you work with/for the people involved. In a small business setting it may not be possible for you to report anonymously. In a larger company there is usually a compliance officer to report problematic behavior to.( Sometimes via a hot line number) IF THE BEHAVIORS THREATEN TO CAUSE HARM TO YOU OR OTHERS it's a matter for your safety and conscience whether to report. You may need to be ready to leave the job after bringing the drug use to light. I would say that if it's not happening on the job or impacting job performance stay out of it. Good luck. It's not a pleasant situation to be in. BTW if you happen to be a Director of Nursing you would be obligated to subject a suspected drug impaired nurse to a drug test and follow up with a report to the State Board of Nursing.

Be aware... restaining orders don't mean s***! If these criminals want to hurt you, they will, a piece of paper will not stop em'! If you decide to take enforcment be aware of this. Too bad the PUNISHER doesn't exist in real life.

very true but if caught before anything happends that shows intent and then that is assault with intent thats good jail time gets a pass from county to the pen atleast 5 years or more that would give him enough time to pick up an move if needed

You may not be able to report anonymously, but I bet you can arrange for someone else to discover what's going on "on their own."
Leave a trail for someone else to find.

you seem concerned that something will happen to you. If that is the case, leave it alone unless their use is a substantial harm to you. You can't count on the police to keep you, your family and your job safe... so unless you can do those things yourself, just leave it be.

depending on the drug they are using can help your decision if its marijuana you can report and the doper will just go on (marijuana lazy). If its something heavier and its on the job you have a duty because his stupidity could hurt someone just be nice to him but inform the authority in question and when he gets fired act like your upset with him about it if you have extensive contact with him that is
