Hello all. I have never participated much in the online community aspect of this forum, since I am an anti-social prick, but it has always been a vital resource for when I needed to know some obsucre bit of Marauder know how.
Here's my problem:
My Driver's side window was extremely finicy after about a year of owning my 2003 Marauder, which I got used in 2006 w/21000 miles. I've had very few problems and she's mostly stock. Most of the time the window would stick at the end of the work day, when it was hot and I wanted to roll the windows down, the DS window would occasionally stay closed and not move at all. It would be like this sometimes for days, and then inexplicably would work again when it was cooler outside. It would sometimes work the next morning, and then not work again at noon. I figure this has something to do with the switch itself, and not the dreaded motor. When it would stick, the voltometer would move when I pushed the switch, but the motor would not make a sound or anything.
Has anybody else had this problem? Does it sound like it may be the switch or the motor? If it is the motor, what is the best way to get into it without breaking any panels? Thanks in advance!
