Excellent butt dyno results.

I'll throw it on the real one soon. I'm hoping I picked up the few extra HP I needed to break 270. Next up.. I need to work on the wife's cobra and install a catback and LT's, then I will work on the MM with the 01' Cobra manifolds, her old off-road X, and some magnaflow's or Dynomax's.

I've thought about them but I really don't need them. I need to get my 4.10s in so I can get on the dyno again and get a 100% accurate readings, I've had 278 to 319rwhp and 304 to 324tq lol.

Its very simple. The way's to make it the easiest is to do the car cold. I left it outside in 20* weather for 3 hours. You'll need a ballancer puller kit, you can rent one from checker/autozone.

I'm not sure how others did it but I removed the electric fan for more room.

To keep the crank from spinning was VERY easy. Remove the rubber plug on the bottom of the bellhousing and put a screwdriver between the flywheel teeth and gently tap it in. This way you wont' need a "friend" to hold it. :)

Go very slow removing the ballancer and be careful because when its almost off it may just fall off. If you're under the car don't let it hit you in the face. Luckly I learned this while I was not under the car my first ballancer removal.

For install take the ballancer and run it under hot water for about 5 minutes. Wipe it off and quickly apply anti-seize all over it BUT the keyway and a line of RTV black down the keyway.

Use the longer installation bolt and keep going ti'll its bottomed out pulling in the damper. Back it out and use the new crank bolt with some lock tite. Once the damper is on all the way. Back it off one turn. Retorque to 66-lbs then a 90* turn more and you're done. My guess is that its pretty close to around 100-120ft-lbs.

The water pump pulley.... Make sure you remove the bolts with the belt still on the car to keep the pulley from spinning. When you reinstall thread them in and put the belt on, then tighten. Make sure you use locktite. (Note I did not install the water pump pulley on my car but did on my wife's 01 cobra)

Took me 1 hour start to finish Very easy. #1 thing. TAKE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!

I used "fuel injection high pressure" hose to replace a secton of line that broke in my mustang. I used one from the tank to the filter. I got under there to change the fuel filter the next year and it had already started cracking. This was on a car that dosn't see more than 5k a year.

Fuel is serious ****. To say "oh I'll check it" everynow and then is stupid as hell. I suppose when your car bursts into flames in the rear end while on the freeway from a leak and an idiot throwing a cigy out the window then you'll be concerned. I ended up replacing all the lines with factory stuff.
