Another Photo/Gallery Glitch ???

It seems that inserting the BB Image Code of pics from the Gallery results in a thumbnail image in the thread. I liked it the other way when a full sized (or resized) image showed up in the body of the post. Now you have to click on each and every photo to be able to see it in regular size. Is this the result of new gallery software? A band width saving measure? Or just an unforeseen consequence of the switch?

I liked it much better the other way.

When you post a pic using BB Code, delete the "_thumb" in what you pasted. That will give you the full size pic in the post. Also, copy and paste the Direct Link Code after clicking on the yellow "Insert Image" icon.

The upgrade hasn't been finished yet because we're wrestling with losing links to photos in threads or using a gallery with less features that will eventually be phased out ( I presume) and force a decision at a later point.
