Hello,

My name is Brian and my company is SRP Racing. SRP has been in business since 1995. We specialize in racing pedals, and we also do some door sills for a few different vehicles. The door sills seem to be the most in demand for this group. They are cnc machined from 1/8" billet aluminum. Once machined you have your choice of a brushed, satin, or machined finish. The brushed and satin have been the most popular. My personal favorite is the satin as it is very classy and the silver complements any other aluminum pieces the car might have. None of the finishes are coated or anodized, they are bare aluminum. This has never been a problem as the parts are not in the elements.

I will try to get some better pictures of the different finishes asap. When I do I will update this thread. Orders typically take 2-5 business days to ship out. If you have any questions please ask.

Thank you,
Brian

Keep in mind the camera sometimes makes the finish look a little funny. They are real hard to take good pictures of because of the way the light reflects off them, especially the machined ones.

If one had a concern about them not being coated could one simply apply a clear laquer of some kind?

It would be very easy to have them coated, either with paint or clear anodizing. I have experimented with it a little bit in the past, but, for me, the pedals and door sills just don't need it.

A single picture containing samples of all 3 finishes, side-by-side, would make it easiest to compare, as they will all be under the same lighting conditions.

There is a thread in this SRP forum for a discount coupon you can use to order the sills and/or the pedals. 10% off for either or 20% off if you buy both. Keep in mind, the standard price is the same as it was 4 or so years ago. I can't think of anything that is the same price it was 4 years ago.

The sills are available now. I have 1 or 2 sets on the shelf. This is not a hobby or side business. We are machining every day.

They are $195. Check the discount coupon thread, which I linked below, for more info on a special discount for the sills and pedals.
