I was browsing on cars.com today and I found a unique
2008 Crown Victoria LX for sale at an Oklahoma Ford dealer.
It's a standard '08 except for two items:
1) It's wearing the Dark Toreador Red color.
2) It's rolling on the '03-'04 CV Sport 16" rims.

Its not a CV sport. Its just an LX.

I was not aware that 17" sport rims were available for CV LXs.
I thought it was a sport only option.
I just posted this as an fyi in case anyone was interested.

I was trying to paste another picture like the other one.
I can't go back and edit it either.

It is indeed at DTR. See the attached copy of the window sticker. This LX isn't what I would call fully loaded, but it has some nice equipment for a CV.

Does it have a center console shifter? I like the tachs on the newer ones.

EDIT: Ah-I see the column shifter in that one pic..

Ford actually makes several variations of DTR. The MM DTR is unique. There is a Crown Vic a couple towns over in DTR that my father inlaw says is a MM. I can't convince him its not

The paint code JL is shared across the FoMoCo / LM line.

I'd buy another Marauder and color preference---> DBP or SB!!!

Thats what I thought until I went to buy some touch up paint at the dealership and was advised that the MM DTR is unique to the vehicle. They had to order it. :dunno:
