Mark came in Friday, he has a built motor 42 pound inj B2800 and this was a original KB car, I am not nuts With a blow through on a B2800, but we got the car dialed in on the dyno, Mark has built Art Carr transmission and converter, so we got the car on the street and dialed in his shift points, he stopped by Saturday and is on his way home.

Wow - my hat's off to Dennis for the incredible job he did tuning my KB. As he noted above, I know Dennis doesn't like blow-through supercharger systems, but this is Kenny Brown's original design and my intent is to keep it as 'pure' and true to the original design as possible (which should preserve its value).
In any event, I drove to J'Ville Christmas Day and Dennis had it on the dyno the next day. Heck, he even included lunch as part of the deal (and that was the best all-topping pizza I have ever had). We did a number of pulls to dial in the tune and, at the end of the day, had a clean 473.6 HP!!:D
The stalling problem I had is gone, the tip-in to the throttle is incredibly improved, the mileage on the way back was almost 18mpg (it was 13 mpg before the tune) at an average speed of 80 mph. No more stumbles as I get into it around town.
The shift points are also incredibly improved, and the shift-down is much smoother when I jump on it, so I know what to expect instead of getting kicked in the back.
I can't tell you how happy I am with Dennis' work. Well worth the drive down. And I got to meet Matt (ridinclean) who left his car there for a little work by Dennis as well. The drive back home Sunday was like driving a different car.:BurnOut:
:bows:Dennis, thank you for the great work. As always, its a pleasure to deal with you and Sheila.
Oh yeah - Dennis is going to make a ship to me a replacement intake manifold, to replace the carbon-fiber unit that's on there and is starting to crack. Way cool!!:banana::banana:

I was wondering why you had to stop twice for gas enroute to Louisville, KY. You were using it up about twice as fast as me. ;)
Mark's car is very nice .... I stared at his rear bumper for 600 miles enroute to KY last April.
