Hi,

A wife here looking to purchase some parts for my Husband's marauder. His bday is coming up and not so sure where to go for the best deals.

I'm looking to purchase the windshield ( front ) to replace his as well as the front lights, the casing. I believe he has led's in the front but the outside shell is fogging up once it rains, he thinks there may be a crack in it where water leaks in .....

Welcome aboard. I would have a glass company replace the windshield and see if there is a place that will come to you to restore the headlamps.

As RoyL said ^^^, unless you have experience doing this, it's best to have a professional replace the windscreen. I have dealt with both SafeLite and J.N. Phillips and can recommend them.

As for the headlights fogging up, that's a fairly common issue with early-build MMs and won't necessarily be solved by replacing them. The best repair, if they're in good shape otherwise, is to take them out, dry them with a hairdryer (or other means), then seal the seam between the bucket and the lens with silicone.

Get a local reputable glass shop to replace the windshield.

As for the headlights, also check the seals behind the lights where the bulb and wiring go. You can get replacement headlights on eBay, search on "Mercury Marauder headlights". These maybe aftermarket but they are cheaper than originals.

i agree with everything thats been said and as for the lights ive seen aftermarket ones at a decent price 50.00 front headlight and 30.00 for the side marker i just googled 04 mercury marauder headlights and plenty options came up .good luck
