First flat

I get a call from my wife Nancy, the other AM .
She asked me if she should have the spare tire put on, cause one of the guys at work said one of her tires is flat.
I said sure!, have them put the spare on and I'll get the tire repaired at work, if possible.
Well the drivers front took a 1 5/8" drywall screw(she saved it)and it took it flat to the rim.
One of the guys at her work took the Marauder to Antioch tire in Elk Grove, where my wifes' company gets thier trucks serviced.
They fixed the tire and did not even charge me!
The fellow that drove the Marauder to the repair facility has a Mustang GT of his own (not sure what year have never seen it), but he came back to the office after the Marauder tire was fixed.
He hands over the keys to his Mustang to my Nancy, saying he wants to trade his Mustang for the Beast!
He actually called my mild manored, softly spoken, Panther a Beast!

I took my car to Tires Plus because i had a friend that worked there and when i came to get my car, i found the nail in a plastic bag with a note attached on the windshield asking how the heck that happened! Good to see that im not the only one that is affected by Murphys Law :)

And the tires were repairable! I've had my share of sidewall hits.
