I wanted to start a thread to personally thank all those involved. I've said it before and I'll say it again. This was no small task and would NEVER have been accomplished without support from the people who are a part of the "Marauder Family" and the many corporate site sponsors.

If I didn't get around to personally thank each of the big names this weekend, I apologize. There was much celebrating, sharing of stories, and general socializing. There was much to do in such a short time. I've not been a member here very long, but the people I met this weekend treated my wife and I like long lost family members. It was absolutely incredible.

The people from Trilogy and Reinhart are a class above the rest! I can't say enough about those folks. They were more than friendly and were there at the drop of a dime to help someone or answer a question...or two...or three...or..... (You get the idea!)

The same can be said for Steve Babcock. He hung out in the hot sun all day Saturday answering questions, signing our cars or Marauder gear, and couldn't have been more friendly. I think we all learned much about the "birth" of the Marauder from his speech Saturday night. Thanks to you Steve, we have reason to celebrate our awesome machines.

Logan, Bob and his wife, and Mary all deserve kudos for this event. A nicer bunch of folks you'll never meet. All they worried about was how much fun people were having. They always made sure we were comfortable, that we got to meet with and talk to the "big wig" corporate sponsors, and made sure we had fun...all without complaint. They were pulled a million different ways by all of us, but they absolutely made sure we were having fun at all times...putting their own troubles on the back burner. (Jean...I hope you are okay and will keep you in my prayers!)

I know there were MANY others who either contributed or spent their time working instead of enjoying the weekend. I want to thank each of you as well. I was lucky enough to sit back and enjoy the weekend with my wife. You weren't so lucky, but just know that many of us appreciate your efforts.

I also want to thank those members whom I got to meet. Like I said...I haven't been here long and mostly lurk about, but each of you made my wife and I feel right at home. Thanks! To those I never got to meet...maybe next time.

My only complaint is that next time...I will bring LOTS more film for the cameras. My wife and I just didn't have enough film to catch all the stunned looks on the faces of the people of Ennis with all those Marauders in town! It was priceless!!!

It was very nice to meet you and your wife Alan. Great post! You pretty much summed it up!

I can't wait to hear what Mary, Marty, TAF, and of course, ... good 'ol SergntMac have to say.

Wow, wish I was in Marauderville this weekend. Logan, will there be another major national gathering of marauder owners?:D

Absolutely. Stay tuned. We'll be starting planning on next years event some time in December. We honestly need a couple months off to just take a breather. :)

I can't convey what a great trip this was for me and my wife. Even though we had prior committments and had to leave early Saturday afternoon, spending Friday evening and Saturday morning with everyone was great. Seeing all of the unbelievable MM's was a real experience, and getting to drive Lidio's Trilogy car was something I will always remember. I was glad to meet Dennis and see his beautiful machine after all of this time. I would love to mention all of the folks I met whom I felt I already knew, but I'm afraid I would leave out some really nice people. Suffice it to say, everyone there was like family and made us really feel at home. Finally, thanks to Logan, Bob, Jean , Mary all of our sponsors and everyone who did so much to make this work. I can't wait for the next road trip!

P.S. Long Live #3, we missed you, and were thinking of you and hope that you are spoiling that new dog of yours!
