Passed a DTR on Highway 701 today around 2:00. Pretty clean for the conditions we had today.

Well, case closed! A cop buddy of mine told me that I probably passed a local DEA agent who frequents the area. Apparently the car was seized during a raid and then commissioned as a law enforcement vehicle.
