I ordered a set of marauder springs for my 2008 lx sport crown victoria and basically looking for better handling and to lower the car a bit too. I am not sure if I should put them in just the way they are or cut 1/2 a coil to give a better handling and look. Just want some opinions and experience so that I can make this a one shot deal instead of cutting them later. I do drive this car every day if it matters, and I do know that I will need an allignment too. Thanks in advance.

I have no idea how they would be on a Vic... but I'd cut a coil off first.
But what do I know?
I'm useless as the teats on a Bull.

Don't forget the ADDCO sway bars. I personally wouldn't cut the spring since your already gonna create a rake in the suspension anyway. Either way it will sit better than it does now.;)

I thought they were the same spring:dunno: Being new it will sit quite high without cutting off a coil. Take mine, i did it with 47,000 or so on clock and it looks great! Any newer and i think it still would have sit a little too high.
