Silver MM pulled me

Windshield Non-reflective tint is allowed along the top of the windshield above the manufacturer's AS-1 line. Front Side Windows Must allow more than 28% of light in. Back Side Windows Must allow more than 15% of light in. Rear Window Must allow more than 15% of light in. ...ME on the other hand i have 1% tint on front side windows as well as backside windows.. as well as rear window. my windshield has a 1% strip on it on top of that its now stained glass no more full windsheild tint...its permanent :coolman: so on even the brightest days you CANT see in my car if you tried.

Front windows 20% max
Rear and side windows can be as dark as you want

Here its 45% front.

I have a few "tricks" to get past inspections with the 20% I have up front. Thats cool the MM's are still kickin ass in FL. The undercover cars around here are usually vic's, f-150's and the UHP even has 2 camerys.

I've seen that Silver Birch FHP before sitting in the median outside of orlando towards tampa. I've got a Silver too. I don't know what I would have done if I was riding along side of him.

Back when I first got mine a VA state trooper came flying up behind me, so I eased over out of the fast lane so he could go by. I was speeding just enough to earn a ticket and was hoping he wasn't about to gank me. He pulled up on my left and sat there for about 5 seconds, then dropped back and got right behind me and I was thinking that 4 letter word that starts with an S and smells funky. Then he drifted over and got on my passenger side, sat there for a couple secs, then got right in front of me, sat there for a few seconds, and then got beside me on my left again. I look over like "what the" and he's smiling at me. So I smiled and nodded. I wasn't in over drive so the exhaust was kickin just enough so that when I goosed it and lunged forward, he could sure enuff hear it. Man, that's all he was waiting for appearantly. WOOOSH, :burnout:he was off like a shot! To this day I still wish I'd put the hammer down when I goosed it. Course, he might have been baiting me, but I didn't see anyone hiding anywheres the rest of my ride.

There's a Silver one and a DTR that cruise I-10 frequently as well.

Well it won't be long the FHP MM will be a thing of the past.
They've started pulling them from the road. With the tight
budget they are reducing the fleet, and since most MMs
are at or near the 150K mark they are on the list for turn-in.
The 1 assigned to our county is already gone.

U can have hand guns and assault rifles now, because the gun ban got shot down by the supreme court. If you go through inspection nothing better not be wrong with ur car or you wont pass they are real A**HOLES

he is everywhere he rides in jacksonville along I-10 also, there was a maroon MM FHP had but it was totaled from what a FHP buddy told me. the silver was wrecked but was fixed. i was riding doing speed limit (for once) and rolled up next to him..almost instantly he hit the brakes and got behind me and hit the lights. it was the day before the super bowl so they were out looking for people i suppose. in addition to the MM there were a number of unmarked chargers and tahoes

Actually from wat i hear they are looking to make them a thing of the future. how? i dont know! im just going off of what a FHP buddy told me. but because its costing FHP more money to gut out the chargers and tahoes and re-do them with the cages and etc.. they said with the Vics, MGM, and MM all they have to do is transfer the cage from the old to the new it saves them money and the MM runs better then the others. FHP turns their cars in at about 100k some go over 100k. my buddy told me 200 were donated from ford and they go into an auction after FHP gets done with them but not a public one..(still waiting on info) and as far as wrecked MM's im trying to find out where they send them or what-not.
