Jerry,With so many MM.net members going with superchargers it's more important than ever that we know how to beef up the Marauder's transmission.We've read the trans mod tech articles over at www.tccoa.com and now we need to know what if anything we need to do differently to "J Mod" the Marauder's transmission into a performance tranny?
Also,do you recommend an auxillary trans oil cooler,or replacing the stock trans cooler with a larger one?

Lido has a successful business and no offense to him, but he advocates using the Baumannator (seperate electronic trans controller). I thought about using this in my 93 TBird 4R70W conversion and when Baumann forwarded their software to me, I then forwarded it to Jerry. Evidently, this controller lacks a lot of the calibration controls (and safeguards) that exist in the factory EEC and in Jerry's words, "reduces the 4R70W to a very nice AOD". Now if you know anything about how to make this trans work in the kind of car you have, why would you want to use this? If you want to know anything about this trans, ask the individual who was responsible for this trans' development over a period of many years at Ford.
