300A Spares

OK, :help:all you's/us who have 300A's, it's time to start horse tradin'. I need back tires. We/300A's have full size spares, rite. I propose:bows: to buy your/our spare tire or loan it to me:beatnik: until the KDWS's go back into production. At which time I will buy a replacement spare for the lender when i buy mine. This way we will have new spares. Our current tires should be in good shape, they've been in "protective custody" since new, correct. So, why not swap tires around for a while? This is my offer, hopefully this will be a good response to all the member's who want to keep their same size and OEM tires. Everybody wins!:banana2: What'dya think?:rolleyes:

Ummm ... The full-size spares are 235/50x18 NOT the 245/55x18 ( of the normal rear ).

235/50x18, is the standard size for the spare tire, as are mine...

My spare is the front tire size... we can use them all around seeing as how we don't have traction control to compensate for.

Actually Ford was stupid for doing that. Running the odd sized tire will burn up your clutch packs in the dif.

I have a pair I pulled off my old rear wheels, one of the tires has less than 2K on it (replaced due to a 3/8 bolt), the other tire probably has 10-15k left on it.

I do not have a pic of my tires, they are black and round??:dunno: I have no clue what they are "worth", I know that they are in my way in the storage area, I'll try and take pictures of them, this weekend....
