JUST spied this one tonight on I-70 WB just past Downtown St. Louis and the Arch -- around 'Late Dusk' earlier tonight; looked GREAT! A DTR w/ a nice tint on all windows; License Plate also appeared to have a tinted cover as well so I couldn't make out anything on the Tag-- whoever it was was just cruising with the Fog Lights on...I was in an '04 Black Crown Vic CVPI in the far left lane checking you out! Give a shout IF you're out there! :cool:
