Need part number for hose at rear of heads with the cooling head mod done.

I have a coolant leak at one of the hoses at the rear of the right cly head. I have installed the cooling head mod by removing the core plug in the rear of both heads. Any information on were I can get the hoses or what year they were used on would be helpful. This way I can get new ones.

This is not the even flow cooling mod. This is the older style with the adapter on the rear of the cly heads.

You can't use regular heater hose?

Are you sure its a hose and not the O-ring?

One of the hose has a 90 the other is straight. I may check at autozone and may be able to get something close.
