Mine is shot. If anyone has one let me know. I just need the blower itself, I do not need the piping. Sounds like a longshot, but who knows?

New or used doesn't matter as long as it's functioning correctly.

Thanks.

Dominick, do you read the pm's I send you?
It needs rebuilt and the cost of the bearings and the internal seal ONLY available through procharger would add up to about what they would charge you to do it.

You have to park your car in a safe spot for a few weeks, take it off, send it in, pay the $$$ and wait.

I've had mine re built, and I don't see you getting one from someone for anywhere close the price of the rebuild... unless procharger is charging $1000+

Zack I did read all the PMs, but maybe I misunderstood something. Sounds like either way this will not be a $400 fix.

That blower you found was on a Chevy, didn't Dennis say those spun the other way and wouldn't work for a Mercury or was that just the model I had that day?

If it spins the right way, I will contact the guy on ebay or something.

I called Procharger and they want $80 just to say "Well it's broken."

I just got off the phone with Procharger and they told me a standard rebuild is around $500. However, once they open the blower up and inspect it, they will call you with the exact total and ask you how to proceed from there.

The blower on ebay looks like the right model, you just need to get the serial # from the seller and call Procharger with it to verify it was indeed serviced.

I got off the phone too and they wouldn't exactly say how much anything was except it would be $80 to look at it.

Zack you really go out of your way. Becky is a lucky girl. ;)

Looks like I should send it either way.

I owe you bigtime! Do you have anything that needs towing? :D
