Custom mesh grill

I know that I have seen them on some of the car pics. That mesh or honeycomb or billet grill (don't know the proper term). I really want one. I really don't like the grill the car comes with. I think Zack was making them at one time but I read somewhere that due to difficulty he will never do it again, read it somewhere. I think, sorry Zack if thats not accurite. Anyway I have contacted some guy in L.A. that does custom grills and he said that he might be able to do it, but I figure that I should try to see if I could get one here from people that know the car. Thanks for any help.

it would be even better if I was able to get the after market gods head emblam to fit on that grill, saw that somwhere as well though it was all chrome... But beggers can't be choosers and I'm so begging.

Well let us know if that guy you talked to ends up making them. Zack said it was way to much of a pain in the a$$ for him to even consider making anymore. That grille is a 1 of a kind.

Ya I found them when I was doing a search looks pretty cool seems sort of pricy maybe its just me being cheap. Has anyone ever used this place before? Don't worry people if I do end up going through them I swear I will not get the gold. I might go with the gods head emblam, but probably not the bottom grill. I want the grill in a flat black or black powder coat whatever you call it, and silver for the emblam if I got it, but not gold, never gold.

eh, not really, but sort of...guys have done it on CVN with limited success and the risk isn't worth the reward. it always looks a little out of place.

find a '98-02 MGM donor grille and make one out of the correct part. it'd be cheaper to do it right, anyway.

I believe the GM and MM have different header panels so the MM grill, headlights and side marker lamps do not fit.

The blacked out Cadillac 'V' and Jaguar 'R' type speed grilles are the way to go IMHO.

Yes they can make one for the 99 mgm. I've only seen them make them with the chrome surround, but they can do almost anything when it comes to making grills
