AN INTRODUCTION TO EDELBROCK SUPERCHARGER SYSTEMS
FOR SUPERIOR POWER AND PERFORMANCEhttp://www.edelbrock.com/automotive_new/mc/superchargers/img/superchargers_main.jpgEdelbroc k is excited to announce the release of their E-Force Supercharger systems. Available for carbureted and fuel injected applications, these all-new designs are engineered and manufactured by Edelbrock and feature an Eaton® rotor assembly. Complete kits are available for small-block Chevrolet carbureted applications and 2005-09 Ford Mustang fuel injected applications. Pre-orders are now being accepted for the 2005-09 Ford Mustang E-Force supercharger kit, featuring Eaton's Gen VI Twin Vortices Series TVS® rotor group - the same internals used on the new Corvette ZR-1. This combination improves 2005-2009 4.6L 3-valve Mustangs to an impressive 466 horsepower and 439 ft./lbs. of torque on only five (5) pounds of boost; this is more power per psi than any Mustang supercharger system on the market today.

FEATURING EATON® GEN VI TWIN VORTICES SERIES ROTOR GROUP The new Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger Systems for late model fuel injected applications are engineered to deliver impressive performance improvements to late model vehicles. Edelbrock's first E-Force Supercharger package available is for the 2005-09 Ford Mustang 4.6L 3V and delivers a very impressive 466 horsepower and 439 ft./lbs. of torque, making the E-Force the most efficient Mustang supercharger system available today. This patented system is exclusively designed by Edelbrock to provide instant, reliable and safe horsepower for a stock Mustang 4.6L with only 5 psi of boost for minimum stress on the engine. The core of the system is the all new Eaton Gen VI TVS® Supercharger rotating assembly; the four lobe design features 160° of twist for maximum flow, minimum temperature rise and quiet operation for excellent drivability. These complete packages include throttle body, supercharger assembly, intake manifold with an industry exclusive 15" long runners, 110 square inch air-to-water intercooler, heat exchanger, proper spark plugs, handheld DiabloSport flash programmer with proper calibration, installation accessories and engine covers that offer a clean, custom look. 50-State emissions exemption order pending. I showed this to my friend who has a 2008 Mustang GT was drooling over it until he saw the price. He still wants to go with a single 60 or 67mm turbo kit which makes the power he is looking for cheaper.

The Edelbrock is cool but I would buy the Techo version instead.

Yeah, but it's worth it because it comes with valvecovers!

But seriously, Edelbrock has realized that there is a market for bolt-on power kits that don't require much effort from the consumer. It even looks good, so if you're not much of a wrench, this is a decent kit.

BTW, did anyone else notice that they "handheld" tuner that ships with it is a badgeless DiabloSport with an Edelbrock sticker?

Does look like a nice kit, but they are not valve covers, they're valvecover covers!

Doubt the average HP/TQ numbers and torque curve would be better than the blower system.
