I actually got to his house on time and early this morning and we got my blower off in less time then we imagined. Instead of taking three hours it took about 45 minutes or so and it probably could have been done faster if I didn't "help". ;)
He even let me use his heated garage, tools and soup bowl for whatever I needed. I took care of the dirt for the "wacky wipers" but they came on when I just made it back to Chicago. :( I have no idea what to do now. The wiper motor maybe shot, but doing the procedure is no problem.
The car is now held together by bubble wrap, a cap, duck tape and new twist ties. Sounds like a load of crap by the car still kicks, burns rubber at 1/4 throttle (in 28 degree weather :D) I would imagine it probably now runs high 13s.
Again thank you Zack, you are the man! I cannot wait to finish this and you are someone I can actually count on.

Well the soup bowl was for soup that his girlfriend made for us. I didn't know Zack like a little hot sause in his soup too.
The car is fine. The check engine light and brake light won't turn off, but I bet if I keep the battery disconnected for 20 minutes or so it'll be alright.
Still sounds mean and pulls like a bat out of New Jersey... haha.
Ya good times. ;)
Wish you lived closer to C.A.M land Zack. Good job :2thumbs:

Jeesh, come on jack, you'll send poor Dom into a tailspin. Wait for the Dr Zack to make his final diagnosis.
Right now Im trying to figure out how to get the main body seperated.
If I have to take the impeller bolt out, it will have to wait til tonight, since I dont have air tools here.

Everyone should see how the car looks right now. It's pretty funny how the engine bay looks, but it runs and it runs good!
Thanks again Zack. We'll see what unfolds.
Another one of those 'why I visit this site' stories. Using a hand to help lift your fellow man, not use it hold them down. Hmph, sounds all biblical and ****! Anyway good on you, Z. Hey Dom, if you work on your car and it runs good but there are parts left over, why mess with it, lol.
