I love my Stainless Steel inserts. people comment about them all the time.
Mercman, thanks for the info on the site. It's nice to have alternatives to look at when customizing.
Those domed decal inserts are SWEET!

I tried the flat ones first, then purchased the domed ones, I went with red. Easy to install and they look real good as well

I put the domed ones on both cars from this company. Had them on for several months now. Both of us are very pleased with them...

Mercman,
How are the inserts installed, with self adhesive? Can they be removed without screwing up the bumper?

they are adhesive, they are simple to install, just takes a little bit of prep to make sure the surface is clean, installation instuctions are on the autotrimdesign web site. No damage to the bumper if you want to take them off. Try em, you will like the look!!

I got the flat carbon-fiber look ones myself. Took me a little while, 'bout 30 mins or so, to get 'em on the car but otherwise no problems. AutoTrim claims that the C-F ones don't have any retroreflective properties, but the gate guards at my office say otherwise...

I have the bumper inserts and the windsheild decal from autotrim designs and I am very happy with the quality.

I have the domed ones. I got the black reflective. They match the bumper very well, but when direct light hits them, they reflect back kind of gold/red color.
I got them from AutoTrimDesigns also and am very pleased with their service. The first set I bought, they didn't put the reflective material behind one of the "R"s, so I took a picture of it to show them the problem (before they were put on my car). They immediatily mailed me two new "R"s and let me know that one of them was more reflective than the other and that I should try taking a picture of everything together to make sure on which R matched better. One of them was a perfect match, so I just guess that they have two types of reflective material and sent me both to be safe.
The domed letters are MUCH easier to apply than thin letters. They don't try to "flop" over on you when you apply them.
Here is what they look like: (hopefully this works...)
You should be able to see the differences in the "R"s
I've SEEN your car Butch....it didn't look like a MARALRRR to me:D

It's a "Special Edition".
Kind of difficult sticking all of those "R"s on the rear bumper though!
Todd - When are we going to see some damage pics of your car? My girlfriend asks me about it almost every day. Did you post them already, but I missed them somewhere?
See ya!
