Last year we had a color pic on the T-shirt which made the plates a bit expensive. This year Im thinking of going Black and white for the T-shirts. It will save money and actually look pretty cool on a shirt.

I came up with 2 quick idea's with 2 recent pics I took. Just seeing what you guy's think.

I was thinking of using the first pic on a white T-shirt and the 2nd pic on a black T-shirt.

I plan to alter the logo a bit but the main pic is really what Im looking for feedback on.
Of course it will be a high quality T-shirt with design that will last.

What you guys think?

Im not a photoshop champ but this is another pic I took in the same area that comes close.

Just my $.02.

If you are going to feature a car like the Marauder on something... it needs to look stock. No chin lip, original grill....

Not like a Mustang where everyone knows what a modified Mustang looks like.

Just my opinion. Awesome backdrop.

Wow! Even fellow graffiti artists have no respect for each other's work.

That backdrop wall is amazing...except it looks like some moron spray painted his worthless crap on the one side of the mural.

I still like the picture(s)...the one with your Marauder angled slightly would be my vote except for the aforementioned moron spray painter.

The grill is stock, I just painted out the badge in photobucket. The chin spoiler is mine and cant be removed.

Paul, who is making them, and what is the cost?

I know of an extremely good company that can print them cheap and fast, single or multiple colors, front and or back.

The company is renting my building next door to my shop. I havent gone over there with design ideas to figure out a cost yet. Last year I was able to sell color shirts for $10 a piece.

I have to get all these hat orders taken care of first, then what I usually do is take all the orders and sizes, accept payments, and hand them out at Carlisle.
After Carlisle I post up what I have left and accept orders from everyone else to ship out.

I hope to have the hat orders all complete by the first week of March, then Ill start getting the T-shirt design worked out and then start a thread for orders and sizes.

Busy Year!

I did the top font with no background and it looked lost in the picture. For the second request, Ill have to retake the pic this weekend.

They are silk screened. no iron on crap for me.:D

With photoshop and someone who knows how to use it... anything is possible.

I think your car looks good with the lip, but representing all Marauders it should appear factory. Just my opinion. I used to produce artwork and screened shirts a while ago.

I like option #2 just as it is. Life is not perfect, Why should the picture be??? Its like airbrushing models to get rid of imperfections. You did a great job on the hats, I trust your judgement. Rick

Think in terms of scale - if you can narrow down the width of the pic the longer you can make the image and it'll run down more of the length of the back of the tee as opposed to needing all the room on the image to the left and right.

They gonna be that vivid?! That is certainly a step above the paint shop drawing from last year!

Before anything is set in stone, Ill be sure they look perfect and all you guys are in acceptance. He can put any pic I give him on a shirt so if thats the design, Thats what it will look like.

Hey Paul, my MM is bone stock on the outside, right down the the rubber. I'm near ya and I pass by the globe all the time, if you want I can swing by there and take some pics. I'll probably call ya some time today or sat.

I love this, and the other cropped one, but I think the MARAUDER should go at the top for that on top of the world symbolism. And the loss of the tree that got cropped should come back, without it, the picture feels off balance.

Just found this - I like both. I do like having badgeless grill and the spoiler. While a stock one would represent many owners, the real hard core enthusiasts seem to always be modifying and changing things. These would represent the more hard core fanatics (like me).
Anyway, I'd be in for 2.

As always, the site logo will be the only thing in the front of the shirt as a homage. The back is ours to design.

BTW, blacked out grill and no stickers with chin spoiler FTW!!!!! I like the evil modded look rather then the stock. We can of course use the modded look for the black T-shirt and the stock look for the white.

Im going to work it exactly like last year. I shall bring everyones order to Carlisle with me. I will then hand them out and accept payment in person.

After Carlisle, Ill start the mailing process for the people who wanted one but didn't attend and then Ill post up whatever I have left for the rest of the public.
Thats the easiest and most exact way to be sure that everyone who attends Carlisle gets their shirt on time.

Once we have a design worked out, Ill head over and get the ball rolling by taking orders and price amounts.

Easy enough?

I agree - can lift out those MM.net logo's easily enough...

Black tee w/ modded Marauder (yours) with the "graffiti" background I think is a lock....

Things get a little more "stock" looking in the "globe" pic (where you can at least see the wheels on the car). But if anyone has a better pic of a "stock" Marauder for the white tee - I'd say post it up.

I think 2 different pic's on the two different color tees is neat-o....
