I finally got a new windshild wiper motor for the car. Ford took my old one and got me 35 bucks off, but even after the discount for giving them my broken one was well as an employee discount  it was still like $83!
Well it's good again, but lining up the arms was a pain to get it just right since I took the motor out and the "transmission" had to be lined up properly too. I didn't reliase we have different arms from the passenger and drivers side. It must have taken me 30 minutes to get the proper placement on the wiper arms, but all is well now.
The windshild washer fluid doesn't come on anymore either. It's good to be safe again!
