Akebono ProACT Ceramic Pads - DONE?

I've read good things about these brake pads but notice they are now being closed-out on Tirerack.com.

Are they goners?

Well, I installed Power Slot rotors and these pads on the fronts and like them just fine. No noise but at least 30% better braking power and at least 50% better brake-pedal feel than OEM. And it doesn't hurt that the Power Slot rotors look pretty darn good, either.

I've ordered the 'closeout-priced' set of Akebono pads for the rear.....$40 for the pair.

Nice deals. I loved em when I had em. Ran Akebono on ricers for years. Switched to NAPA Cereamix for ease of availability.
