Zack,
I have to wonder why you are getting so touchy about honesty and integrity.
I loved where you said that you don't have to answer to me. You know, in my whole life I have never said that to anyone and I have a simple reason. I have nothing to hide. I answer everything. I have no reason whatsoever not to.
Lets start with these questions.
Are you an SCT dealer?
What training do you have for any of this stuff?
Since you said yourself that you are not a real business, have you reported all your 'hobby' income to the IRS?
I just got done with an audit and that's why I thought of that. It's a WHOLE lot of fun, but I made it through smelling like a rose. They even had to give me back some money, but it didn't nearly cover all the time and expense that it took to go through it. Man, I hope that you have all your ducks in a row if you ever have to go through that. They looked at every penny I spent, every credit card and every bank account for the last 3 years.
Hope you have your own bat pal.

The thing that upsets me the most is the fact that I encouraged you to sign up here.

Oh, and is your house zoned for you to be doing this type of thing there?
I hope so based on this thread.

There are several other threads around where people say they went to your place and paid for work to be done. I know the local zoning boards hat to hear about that sort of thing.

Zack,
You are the one that said to bring it. I am here to win and I play legally.
Challenge me and you will see that I mean business.

So now its not about transmissions? You want to come onto this playground where I do everything I can in my power to help other members and throw the legality book at me?
Are you asking to be shown the door?
You my friend are one of the reasons that enthusiasts cant trust anyone. You, like DR, cared only about money and you are no different.
Shame on me for helping others at a monetary rate you cant even begin to compete with.
So if you want to talk transmissions, lets do so.
PS, Im NOT shaking in my boots.

Thats nice and all, but it has nothing to do with this discussion at all.
Haven't you got something more relevant? Maybe you could answer oh.... Any of the questions that I asked you above.
Or maybe show anything that you have about my honesty or integrity. You did bring that up so I started a whole thread for you to expose me.

Stop with the smoke, mirrors, sidetalk and false comparisons. Either answer a question or give me one to answer. You have posted twice here and siad not one single word worth paying attention to.
You are the one that threatened to show me something. Either do it or shut up.

Here we have a guy who builds transmissions for a living (while hes not on the internet picking fights) and makes it his personal goal to (well I really dont know his goal, but it cant be very positive) all over me selling mail order tunes! I dont get it!
Am I your competition? Do you sell tuners with Darrin tunes?
Are you on drugs!????
pffffffffffffffffffffffhahahah ahahaha
best ibtl EVER!!
67,259 dollars and I'll make you one. And screw the IRS.
Funny how the pile of ***** always surrounds me in the end.
Wanna know the history?
I heard of Darrin, met him, had a trans built by him (which he forgot to hook the shift linkage up in. He did drive 2 hours to my house to fix it, to his credit)
Then I get him to sign up here, hopefully he did well monetarily.
Then all of a sudden he claims I stole his secrets and I send them out in my mail order tunes.
And now we are at this crossroad.....

Stole the secrets? What, adjusting the shift line pressure for quick shifts in your tunes? Who else in the chicagoland area has owned as many MMs as you??

And he waited until you were trying to get back on your feet (for lack of a better term) as a vendor type on this site to bash you? Kind of jacked up.

I never attacked you Zack unless it's an attack to ask questions. You are the one that threatened me, remember.
And if you want to talk about honestly, integrity and all that other fuzzy stuff, ill be right here waiting..... with screen shots from EFITO.
So if you want to step to the plate, just be sure you bring a bat thats not too heavy for you.
Have fun trying to turn this around.

If this site wants to have vendors that openly admit to skirting paying their taxes...
Well, count me out. I don't associate with that crowd. I am honest and want no part of that.

Sure did me right. $1800 for transmission build that never worked. Search for threads on it and you'll see where he claimed to use rebuilt parts in it, too. Plus he re-used some of the parts I already had in my transmission. Other buildups I had done that cost that much included all new parts, not rebuilt parts. And they included installation instead of me having to do the shipping and installation myself. Some of Darrin's "good" transmissions out there were also re-done with all the r&r and re-shipping done at the buyer's expense.

Big bad transmission builder is afraid of the backyard mechanic.
Boo hoo :bigcry:
Well, at least the 260rwhp Mark8 club will always consider you to be their hero.
How many 3000 dollar transmissions have you sold them?
Oh, and in the time we have been bickering back and forth, I have sent out 3 tunes to 3 different members.
Yep, Im the one who should be under the magnifying glass.
