Rough idle wont go away

My car idles at 5000 rpms while in drive with my foot on the break and its kinda rough and putters when I let off it right away also when I'm in reverse it idles really low. I cleaned the maf, iac, tb, ran the sea foam through the pcv valve, and put double platinum plugs in and its still hasnt helped it what could be the problem :confused:

Did you fix the broken bolts? Does it still have the high pitch whistling noise?
Is there a active code now?

Sorry 500 rpms and yes I fixed the broken bolts no more whistle and this actually started happening after I emptied the first set of cats and removed the 2nd set could it have anything to do with that?

Essentially removing your cats will remove back pressure and alter the engines running characteristics.

Does the idle smooth out if you tap the gas a little and raise it to like 800rpms?

I would get a XCal and a tune... and raise the until until you are satisfied. I set mine at 850 in gear.
