This will work in any Panther car..

Includes special gold Mounting bracket, Floor console, Shifter wires and a gauge pod.

Gauge pod is a touch roughed up, one of the gauges has glass missing and has a small dent, The shifter is smooth and clean has all wire harnesses and connectors.

It doesn't - You must rip out and remove the lower heating duct from your Crown Vic to use the MM console and duct. Look at www.crownvic.net there is a how to BOK writeup on this.
