Ford sells them, Mustang chin spoiler, I think $100, plus a little if you want it unfolded.

Ford charges more for a flat carton, because it costs more to ship, they normally come folded, you lay it out in the sun, and it will come back in shape, they really don't have much rigidity, till you attach them.

Regardless of where you go, you are looking in the $100-$120 range plus shipping

Most likely not.... anyone with a used one for sale is most likely pretty well banged up or gouged from scraping parking barriers in parking lots.

I got mine a couple of years ago at the local Ford Parts counter for $89 and change plus tax.

Doesn't make a lick of difference, take it from someone who's installed a folded one on a 2003 Mustang GT.

Left it out in the sun for an hour and came back to find it completely unfolded and ready to go.
