How much of a PITA is it to get the EGR off the intake?

My old Cobra was such a PITA.

It shouldn't be too difficult, just make sure you don't loose or damage the gasket.

I unscrewed the egr tube from the egr and pushed it out of the way. It came off real easy. Also, a good time to paint the upper and lower intake!

Got it in the mail today. I will be tackling this on my next day off (next week).

I need to borrow a Ford fuel line disconnect tool also.

They sell them at autozone or equivalent really cheap.

Or you can use a business card and cut it appropriately. Worked for me....
