Will it work fine or do I need to buy the Ford Racing specific installation kit?

I did new pinion seal and bearing with the 4:10 install, but my car had 15K.

It is up to you. A reputable shop should have the tools to transfer the inner pinion bearing. The crush collar and pinion shims are included with the new gears. RTV sealant is used as a gasket for the cover.
