View Full Version : problem, intake install!!!!!!!!

so me and a few friends have installed my intake but and the car will start but then just sort of shuts off, now i got my intake from JLT and in the instructions it shows the plug pointing the other way which I didn't think was a problem, so we plug it back in and start the car and thats where the problem is, because I started it with is unplugged and it was fine!!!!! I need help!!!!!!

When the MAF is unplugged, the PCM goes to a failsafe table that will get the car running.
When you install everything properly, the car will run just fine. Good luck.

nothing is CARB approved unless it runs on meow diesel

The arrow on the MAS sensor points in the direction of airflow.
