You joined around the time I started sliding off the radar... I miss my friends and time spent here at MM very much. I'm maxed out at home, going to school, starting a new business - can't hang out like I used to. One goal is to have more time for fun in the future! Another goal when I have the resources: to put a stock long block marauder into the 12s on the motor and j-mod transmission. I believe the 100+ mph trap speed indicates that the power to do this is present. Getting it to the ground, and adding a few more ponies should make this happen.

I have one rear BFG G-force 245/55 18 tire that has plenty of tread left. Unfortunately it's mate has that bald middle section syndrome.

The reason they wore out unevenly is cos i got a nail stuck in one of them and I had to replace that tire only.

If you're interested I can take some pictures and pm them to you. I think there's only 20K miles or less on the tire. Not sure, i'm just trying to remember off the top of my head.

BTW, the reason I want stock size, is so I can have a tire reasonably close to the current size. Then modding the car and testing at the track will be apples to apples. I do not want to go bigger diameter, because I think it will hurt me. Of course the ones on there now are a bit smaller in diameter than stock;)
