Does anyone know why my cylinders keep misfiring?? :mad2:
I just got my spark plugs and boots replaced and I also replaced one coil that was broken. Now I am getting a new code that's telling me that cylinder 7 is misfiring. Why does this keep happening? Any help/info will be appreciated.

Maybe you have more than one bad coil?
Maybe the tech didn't plug coil #7 back in?
Maybe there's an injector issue with cylinder #7?

What plugs are you using? I had misfiring on my last set of motorcraft plugs at 5,500 rpm. Also did the tech stress test all of your coils. I had mine done and found two coils that were bad and two more that were weak. I have a 03a modle with 45k on the clock. I now have ngk tr55 and no more miss at any rpm.

Could be bad plug(s), bad coil(s), bad spring(s) in the coil boot(s), loose coil connector(s), also check the wiring harness at the firewall on the drivers side near the back on the intake for any fraying. Also put a dab on dielectric grease on each coil boot before installing. Also some silicone sealer on the harness where the coil harness comes thru the coil cover and cam cover.
