I am kicking around the idea of selling the Marauder.
I recently leased a 2008 Fusion for my GF and she is being a pain in the ass. So it looks like I have that for the next 2 years. I can't justify letting the Marauder sit (I don't NEED to sell it). Also having this car is keeping me from working/finishing my coupe.
I bought the car in September 08 from Bigslim with 40,500 and the car now has 42k on it. The car was stored inside from 11/1/08 to 4/1/09.
I put new front BFG's on it. I also replaced the MUTH signal mirrors with NEW OEM Ford ones due to an issue with the driverside MUTH mirror.
The car is a blast too drive. I've had it at Milan two seperate times (for a total of 6 passes) and its best run was a 12.98 at 110.5 on the Nitto street tires.
2004 Silver Birch Marauder (has never seen winter)
1. Heated Seats
2. Factory Moonroof
* Trilogy Supercharger #73 installed in March of 2005
1. Lidio at Alternative Performance tuned to 415 RWHP and 436 RWTQ (It has a 3.0 pulley)
2. 4.10 Rear End Gears
3. K&N Air Charger Kit
4. Ford Racing Coil Covers
5. Flowmaster Mufflers with Delete Resonator Tips
* Wheels and tires
1. Widened rear wheels to 9.5 inches
2. BFG 235/50-18 (front) - New as of 4/1/09
3. Nittos NT 555 295/45ZR 18 112W (rear) 70% tread
* Interior
1. Pioneer AVH-P4000DVD (This unit plays DVD's, MP3's, CD's,.........)
2. Has the ipod interface hooked up. All ipod controls are through the touch screen on radio
3. Radio has Bluetooth interface hooked up with mic
4. Twelve inch sub woofer in custom carpeted box
5. All speakers were replaced
The price is 18K firm for the car. I have some extra parts that I will most likely post for sale seperate. If someone wants everything I am sure we can work something out.

Ditch the girlfriend and find one that needs a car. Let the new girlfriend make the payments on the Fusion. Problem solved. BTW, Nice car.

Great point.

Jerry had a couple used eaton kits for $5395 and new eaton kits are $6295. This one is already installed and tuned.

Along with the fact the car has other tastefull mods (tint, mufflers, CD/DVD, etc....)

LOL.

The Fusion payment is that bad, it just burns me too have it the Marauder and my 93 coupe..... I am in the process of putting an 04 engine/trans in my the coupe (30k mile original car). Over the winter I decided to buy a Whipple for it and I would really like to finish this thing up.....

My credit union (Michigan Educational Credit Union) was really good too work with. I actually got 4.5% for 48 months on it, because it was an 04.

Dtch the stang and keep theMM That is what I did I had a 91 lx hatchback I have had since new running 10.16-N/A in the qtr it was a beast I just could not justify having 2-hot rods anymore. So One had to go and it was not gonna be the Rauder! If you do sell I wish you luck you should get what you want for it.

I love it how people put their twist on it...... Why would it be any different if she had a ring? I have been dating her for 9 years, no plans on EVER getting married..... Let me guess you are married.... :shake:

9 years and your still on the leash?

Not to sound like a jerk but if you really want to keep the car and dont need to sell it due to financial troubles or space issues, YOU keep YOUR car if YOU want to!

If you need to sell it, then best of luck with the sale, car looks great

No offense taken.

Believe me I am getting a bunch of grief about the idea of selling the car from family, friends and perfect strangers.

Can a MOD please lock this thread.

Thanks,
Dan

You stole my answer. I didn't realize you were in a long term relationship, 9 years? If you are living with her, in most states you are already married, like it or not.

Maybe I can help....how much for the notch :burnout:

OK, never mind, I wouldn't sell it either. G/L with the termi-swap, guess other than the Whipple you're about done by the look of the picture. Great looking cars, tough decision, glad it's not mine to have to make.
