That's $1,500 more than I paid for my Blue MM nearly 6 years ago with 54 miles on it. Oil changes? Service records? Original tires? Pics, pics, pics. So many questions.

Good Luck with the sale.
It's a tough market at this time.

I paid $27,500 for a brand new one with 23 miles on it 6 years ago. Sat in the showroom for 3 months, not outside, before I bought it.

Hold on to it for another 15 years and you may get that kind of coin.

I really don't get it.....buy a new car, hold it 6 years, pay taxes & tags (inspections??), drive it less than 1000 miles AND try to sell it as new...with ZERO warranty???

I know there are a LOT of circumstances possible dictating this situation but a car is the worst "investment" you can make and the ONLY benefit you may derive from it is driving it and enjoying it while it DEPRECIATES!!!:shake:

Good Luck with your sale but you should only expect to get about half what you are asking!!

Sorry!!

Who cares what the blue book values say or should be? Look at real 90s impala SS, they are 15 years old and they go for beyond belief.

MM owners that sell their cars cheap are the dumbasses contributing to the depreciation of these things.

so I wonder since I have a 2003 Silver Birch MM and when I get a trilogy, I'll be one of only a few for that year and it'll be worth more in 15 years right?

justbob

Minus the Trilogy perhaps. I see more of a need for stock ones in pristine shape. But i could care less, boost is addictive.

:mad2:

I think its the cars limited appeal that has a lot to do with the depreciation, remember it was killed after only a 2 year run.
