August 2006 - Woodward Dream Cruise, Detroit MI. (this was the last Dream Cruise I attended, so there might have been more communal meet ups in 2008 & 2007)

I was new to this site so I don't remember exactly what everyone's handle on mm.net was. I do remember SC CheeseheadBob and Defyant.

Quite a few MM from around the country were up on Woodward.

2007 first Marauder victory SSHS Top Dog
July 2006 Berlin Turnpike cruise, multiple Marauder donuts in parking lot, narrow escape, 100 ricers arrested for our fun.
There were some pretty big tune days at Team Ford in Marietta.
Not sure of the first, but the Southern Marauders did a lot for the Cracker Barrel's bottom line.
I'll do the research on first Marauder to 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 time slips.
Northeast Christmas party in 2005 at Valkeries in Long Island.
2004 (I think, could have been '05) Five-0 won SSHS B bracket, first Marauder victory there

One of the burn out kings set the hotel smoke detectors off doing a burn out in texas. And as far as I know I am the first to put a hood scoop on. I believe I am the only one that did a burnout AND GOT AWAY WITH IT for the local news, and it was put on TV from MV 5.

I would nominate the State Fair of Texas events, held in September each year. Also, we've had two Saturdays in Lufkin, TX, with a trip to the drag races during the day, and hitting cruise night at Ray's drive in. We've also had two Houston events at Freebirds and another cruise night. Each of those last 4 had a dozen or more cars. I've been to one track day at Texas Motor Speedway during the summer when Ft. Worth PD had the track, and ROMO invited us up. It was on a Wednesday during the summer. There were only 5 Marauders there, but plenty of FWPD cars. Last lap of the day was with me in my Marauder and Romo chasing me around the track in his PD car, lights blazing and siren blaring. EASILY the most fun I've ever had with the car. Don't know if those qualify as milestones for everyone, but they sure were for me.

I just looked at the pictures from that meet yesterday!
Gage met Marty-O for the first time and they became friends forever. We miss him.
I met Triple Trans Am (TTA) in person for the first time and he started me on my way to the love of photography. I miss him as well.
I met Gavin and John for the first time and became friends forever.
This was the best family meet ever!

Marauder Roundup, Ennis TX, Sept. 25 -28, 2003 (preceding the name "Marauderville", coined by BigDogJim.
My favorite meet personally. Driving to Dallas with Gavin and John in the middle of the night for a little entertainment!
Meeting Logan and his right hand man for the first time.
Hanging out with TAF...REALLY? Yes...REALLY!

Yes and yes!
MV-2 setting the standard for parking lot burnouts and realizing the smoke detectors were THAT sensitive!
MV-3...WHATEVER!

Milestone Marauder Hot Rodders, some none too popular, some didn't always get along, but all did right by me. No particular order.

TAF Todd did a lot for all of us.
SgtMac really liked his tear down thread.
Fordnut Always on the cutting edge.
Zach Master Mod Motor Guru
Jerry Barnes The real answer for the s/c masses
Martyo Had the coolest MM for a long time
RFoverlord Oil expert extordinaire
Glenn Could never get by him for some reason, a real gentleman too.
Willi Another great man.
Merc Extrodinary racer, and expert recorder of Shootouts
Barry Shut us all up with his low 13's N/A.
Dennis My first tune was from his shop, pleased me at the time.
TripleTransAm I believe Steve had the quickest totally stock MM. 14.6, mostly due to his skill level.
TMF Followed John to the shootout one year. Anyone who can cram that much tire under a MM has to be on this list.
JohnKuhn Love the dare to be different Grand Marquis.

I know I've left too many off the list. My grandson is starting to stir around from his nap and that takes all precedence for me.

How about 1st to 50 1/4 slips?
1st to 100 1/4 silps?
1st to 200 1/4 slips?

I think you are the king of the strip Paul!
