Hello folks, my transmission is apparently shot. My car wont upshift to 3rd and 4th. And when I reach certain high rpms, it disengages to neutral. I spoke to Dennis Reinhart, and he recommended I find a Ford Transmission mechanic and have him fix it on the side. I have had installed the level II transmission kit and performance torque converter both from Reinhart. I'm trying to be smart about this and not get taken for a spending $ ride. Does anyone know a reputable mechanic here in Jersey or Philadelphia that meets these requirements. I live in Trenton and any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.
