Does anyone in the Atlanta area know if Car Motor sports is still open for business?

No answer to phone calls or e-mails.

Their addy is 2774 N. Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, Ga. (NW Atlanta area)

They have nearly $430.00 of my hard earned bucks and I've got nothing, zip, nada.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

When I delt with them previously they were very good about returning calls a and emails.

That address is a mailbox at one of those shipping places. I haven't heard about any changes there.

I have their trunk lid cover, no problems, they shipped as promised, answered phones and e-mails.

This time, it's like they skipped town.

I ordered some floor mats from them back on the 10th. I spoke with someone on the phone when I placed the order. I emailed them yesterday morning for an update...no response yet. I emailed them again this morning. I'll let you know if I hear from them.

I have had the same problem. Every time i called no one ever answers the phone, i leave a message and never get a return call.

I e-mailed the BBB that services that area, asked if they were still in business.
It's been nearly two months and that's after Chad, I think that's the name of the person who took my order, told me the item was in stock IIRC.

OK, I just received an email reponse from AJ at Car Motorsports. He's going to check on my mat order. At least we know they are still there.

I went through a similar ordeal when I ordered a trunk lid liner.

Persistence is the key on the consumer's part. Sad thing is, it shouldn't have to be that way.

I'm hesitant to order anything else.

I heard back from A.J. at Car Motorsports. He provided me with a tracking number for my mats. I looked it up on the Fedex website and they are due to be delivered today.

I would suggest that you contact A.J. at CAR@carmotorsports.com. He has been repsonding to emails today. I hope you get it worked out!

I didn't call him today. I reached him by email. According to his email response, the phone number is the same as the number you have.

They quoted me 2-3 weeks for delivery of my Marauder mats. They arrived in 2 1/2 weeks. So far, no problems with Car Motorsports for me. I'll know for sure when I get home tonight and take a look at the mats.

I'm sorry you are having issues with them.

Phooey;

Hood insulator came today and it was the wrong one. I ordered the supercharged version and got the plain God's head instead.

Asked for a refund for the price difference.

The trunk lid cover was a great transaction, right part, timely delivery, correct price and the company answered phone calls and e-mail.

What has happened to them in the space of a couple of months?
Wrong part, twice the delivery time, never answered phone calls and finally responded to repeated e-mail queries.

Chad, from Car Motor Sports e-mailed me today and will refund the difference between the two hood lnsulators.

That's always a good sign.
