So I just got my MM back out of the body shop today (I got hit by a drunk driver That wiped out Maybellene's entire right side) after a month in the shop and $5k later and I wasn't a quarter mile down the road from the dealership before some tool bag comes out of his lane and almost sideswipes me again. About a half mile after that tool bag #2 makes a left turn in front of me from my right side and almost rips my front end off. When I got hit by the drunk driver the MM had only been out of the shop 3 weeks from when some guy backed into me in a parking lot. Is my MM the only one that is cursed like this??

You must be leaving your 'A$$hat Tractor Beam' on....it is pulling all the road retards towards your Marauder!
Turn it off immediately!

Sorry to hear about all your sheetmetal troubles.

I only seem to attract the mutant soccer moms in Honda Minivans....

You know.....the ones who latch on to your rear bumper and follow you WAY TOO FRIGGIN' CLOSE.
All the while they are talking on their cell phone while feeding rugrat #1 some fruit juice, yelling at rugrat #2 in the rear seat, trying to reload the Barney DVD for rugrats #3 & #4, reading the morning newspaper, and applying eye make-up.
I LOVE multi-tasking minivan moms....:mad2:

No.

I don't put my Marauder in these situations.

sure sounds like familiar circumstances, luckily for me my idiot tractor beam isn't as high-powered apparently.

on a similar note as mutant soccer moms though, I've begun to develop a theory lately, about the greatest performance mod on the market thus far: cell phone turbo.

At this point though it only seems to be on the market for women, with a discount on minivans... :(

So THATS what that little button is with the car making skidmarks right next to my pedal adjustment switch.

Im actually not in Tampa right now. Im stationed in NC. I used to think the old greyhairs in FL were bad, this place is horrible.

I found that leaving it in the garage seems to help also. But yes it is hard to avoid the idiots.

I've had more "incidents" with my DTR than any other car I've owned. Seems people are blind and can not see a large red car in bright sunshine or stopped at a stop sign at night. Then there was Bambi's bimbo mother... :mad2:

I had an encounter with the company landscaper, pulled the mower down the side of the rear bumper, looked and left!:mad2: I almost :censor: a brick when i saw the scrape down the side. managed to buff most of it out and wax over it, but in the right light it is still there!

And the wife wonders why we cant take it to the mall! After the story about the one member coming out to the entire roof being caved in with fist prints i dont take the car anyway i cant see it.

December... ice storm dropped a bunch of branches on my car
February... iced over roads make me spin out and trash my rear end in my car

Mother Nature can be such a b!tch sometimes!

Still need to fix the body damage from the ice storm

I guess I've been lucky. In So. Cal. the "amateur assassins" have not found my Baby yet. I say amateurs because if they were Pros, I and my baby would surely be history by now. Besides an MM driver's kung fu is better than theirs!

This thread scares me.

I just dried the car off and it is looking SHARP. Now I'm afraid to do anything but park it in the garage and put the cover on it.
