Never thought about the mustang braking on the merc, good idea and a great savings, if it will work.

Yeah I was talking with ImpalaSlayer the other day wishing a Mustang brake kit would work on our car, even just the front would be fine with me.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. The FR Mustang kit is cheaper, but if you've got to do any mods, the cost savings is going to be offset.

How is this for baer? I ordered F+R decelarotors back in Feb from Wes. Here it is May 10 and still....no rotors. Not putting the blame on him because I got everything i ordered from him in a timely manner with great communication...except those. I asked and the BAER excuse(response..whatever helps them sleep at night)? We have to make them because it is a special order...cool...6-8 weeks? for rotors? Amazing... I think I have been pretty patient but really though. Ask me if I will ever order another set whenever I do get these? NOPE!!:mad2:
So in short, I figure this. The brembo kit is a solid kit, i'm sure it would work, just nobody has tried and said they did it so there is no info. But I am very much on the verge of pulling the trigger. Why? Because its a mustang part, the parts for it are readily accessible anywhere...and I don't think 3 months is acceptable for replacement rotors by any standard.:shake:
