Besides losing the radio settings and clock, would installing a battery cut-off switch be detrimental to my Marauder in any way?

PCM being forced into the OBD-II drive cycle and having to relearn every time the car is driven?

If by "detrimental" you mean will anything be damaged, the answer is no. But why? Unless you're leaving the car for an extended period, like a long vacation or storage, or you regularly park in less reputable parts of town, what are you trying to gain?

If you're gonna leave it sit for any length of time hook up a battery tender to it.I attach mine to my cars and bikes each time I park them.

I was going to do this simply for an added security measure due to the fact I don't drive it too often, but I think I will just put in a Tremco box instead (I have one laying around).
Where's the shift interlock connector located on the Marauder? I know on the Crown Vic it's simply attached on the steering column underneath the dash... Same place on the Marauder or is it different due to the console versus column shifter?
Thanks for the replies...
