S/C'ed MM's lost to the unknown?

Or maybe even just highly modifieds? What I mean is i'm quite sure by now that after these have changed hands enough, especially trades in's, how many MM's have disappeared into the unknown? Surely there is some guy out there by now that either has no clue that major work has been done or just figures they came with it and is telling that to whomever asks.

When ever I am out where its some "youngins" they ALWAYS ask is it supercharged? I say no, they say but I thought they all were...I say, none of them came off the line s/c...so somewhere somebody thinks that their car came from the factory s/c.

when i first got my car some friends that are car guys ask if it was supercharged. i said no and he said yea it should be they were all supercharged from the factory.

They all came with the supercharged Cobra motor but were detuned at the dealership by the tree huggers.

This is why i get upset everytime a MM comes up for sale at a dealership and there is NO engine photos! There has to have been a few by now.

I sold my MM to a fellow at one of the local Ford dealers here where I got my truck (he works there). He had it for 3 days before he decided to put Kooks LT's on it, along with a PI 3500 stall. This Ford dealer is an authorized Ford Racing dealer, so they were going to install it all for them. Apparently, someone broke into the MM, along with a 427R Roush Mustang, stole the entire system out of it ($2k worth of crap in my car) stole the Shaker 1000 out of the Roush along with a few other things. My car also got the ambient lighting kit stolen, factory gauges, my pillar pod with both gauges, full size spare. As if that weren't bad enough, they then felt the need to slash all 4 tires, key the rims, key the entire car, cut the leather seats (in both cars) and smash both windshields. All they got on the video camera were 3 kids, all wearing masks, haven't been able to identify them yet. Needless to say, the guy I sold it too was pretty pissed (as was I!) and he actually sent it off to auction, can't figure out why since I would have figured the insurance company would have paid for everything. Anyone want to guess what it sold for at the auction?

I'm guessing he didn't get insurance activated in time. I'm anal about it with the MM going in and out of storage every year. My insurance agent will initiate, terminate, or change insurance coverage at the timestamp of the call/message, so I could call him at 11:45pm and crash before midnight and be covered. Gotta stay on top of it..

If they knew it had a Vortech, and all of that was cosmestic damage, then I'll guess $5000.

No, my friend who owns Outlaw Dyno, his friend saw my car at another little ***** dealer. They were the one's who bought it at auction from this guy's dealer. And yes, it's still all messed up. Last I heard, it sports LXS rims along with the interior from one as well. It sold for $4500 at auction.
