I have allot to do. I'm over due for some car bonding. If you guys saw her the way she is, I be sent to the corner for a time out!

I backed her in the garage sideways and put her up on jack stands. She needs the following:

Brakes! The new Baer rotors came. I need to get new pads and rear rotors. I should have them soon. Flush the system with new fluid.

Drain and refill the tranny. It has been running fine 99% of the time. I got an odd shift the other day and I have the fluid, so why not. I'm sending a sample to Blackstone to see if there are contaminants for the hell of it. Check the filter. I am curious to see if the shop replaced the filter that was there (a 98 Mark 8) with a stock Marauder filter.

Exhaust Gaskets. Since the tranny was in and out 4 or 5 times, the gaskets are shot and leaking.

Detail. It's been a long time since a waxing. The interior has only gotten the quick wipe down / vacuum treatment since time is usually short. The wheel wells and inside of the rims are filthy. Wheels off for a brake job is the perfect time. My engine room is a mess.

CB Removal I just dont use it as much anymore. FRS is the way to go.

And hopefully in the middle of all this......

Install of the MTX Sub. I ordered from Lowell, should be here sometime next week.

I'll get to what I can when I can. I gave her a real good wash a few weeks ago, covered her up and parked her in the garage.

Pics to follow...

Hmmph.
I was just thinking about giving the FRS walkies the shove-off in favor of buying a new CB rig. Better range with the CB's, but more people find the FRS to be more accessible and affordable, I suppose.

If you go to sell the CB, I might be interested. But it sounds like you will be rather busy for the next month or so!!!

Eh, your partly to blame. Despite the fact I have let her get this way, meeting you was, shall I say, and eye opener. I might have been half blind that day, but the Bling King had me blinded by the light! ;)

Time to catch up.

I know a great detail guy if you don't feel like doing it yourself lol. Interested check the "detailing interest" thread in CAM section.
