My buddy just blew up is motor and wants to get rid of his P1sc setup with upgraded intercooler. He said only the bracket to attach the blower to is the only change that i will need. Would it work, and would it be a valuable upgrade or should i just save money and hold out for the trilogy years down the road? What are the positives and negatives with this upgrade. Remembering he is selling it all for a good price. Thanks

PM Zack, he's a guy in the know on modular motors.

You'd end up with a 'tuner' kit. You'd need to figure the piping yourself. There are FIT directions available around here. It can be done. You'd have to go to someone or be someone who knows and understand all that is needed.

The kit is still available through Procharger IIRC.

hey Zack, procharger and my buddy keep giving me the same answer and that is that the only piece that would have to be changed is the bracket that the blower itself attaches to. This blower was actually a setup up for the 2valve motor. Do you know if this info is true, and would you recommend throwing 11lbs of boost plus that big intercooler on a daily driver? Or will it end up putting to much on the stock block? Thanks for any info.
